In this role, your duties would include:
* Promptly answering inbound calls from customers
* Pre-empt customer requirements through active listening and use of multiple questioning methods
* Work effectively and efficiently when dealing with client requests, multitasking where possible to complete notes & log any queries
* Ensure all calls are compliant with Data Protection
* Listen to the client’s request, confirm all data and reassure them through use of positive language
* Suggest or recommend other relevant products offered by IN-SYNC Group that clients may find beneficial
* Resolve customer queries first time, using all knowledge sources and content available via the IN-SYNC Help Centre
* Escalates any customer concerns or complaints for quick resolution
* Using customer feedback to inform line managers of potential issues and ideas for improvement
