Description We have a senior opening in our Construction Professional Indemnity team, leading retention, growth, and development of our large and complex client opportunities. The ideal candidate will already have significant experience within the construction professional indemnity arena and be skilled in crafting strategies to quantify, mitigate, and transfer risk for a variety of clients operating in the UK and overseas construction sector. The Role Responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects within the Construction Professional Indemnity team with accountability for retention of clients and new business development. Will manage and develop client and Willis Towers Watson relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit, and will be responsible for targeting and converting prospects. Client Relationship Management Understand the clients’ business and risk management needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service for a range of clients Establish and maintain active relationships with our clients, prospects and retail offices Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise where required Business Development Grow existing portfolio by identifying “new/new”, and/or existing opportunities Respond quickly and accurately to new business introductions Actively identify opportunities to work with colleagues across the business to capitalise on account penetration and cross selling opportunities Networking – internally with other business units, within the sector, and with external specialists (lawyers, TPAs, insurers). Placement Management Work closely and maintain working relationships with key market contacts and our dedicated Broking Team Check policies, market presentations and client documentation as appropriate Assist with and design programme and pricing structures to best meet the client’s needs Operational and Service Delivery Lead and deliver the end to end ongoing client service Support the business unit in accurate budgeting, forecasting and tracking of revenue Communicate effectively with clients, associates, markets and others where appropriate to maximise service delivery levels Ensure adherence to Group policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements
