Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new opportunity? We’re on the hunt for a talented and organised individual to join our friendly, fast-paced recruitment office for a 10-12 month maternity cover.
In this vital role, you'll be supporting our team with recruitment administration and ensuring compliance is maintained across the board. If you’re a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a busy environment, we’d love to hear from you! Come be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and efficiency.
Working Hours:
08:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs (30 min Lunch Break)
08:30-15:00 Fri (30 min Lunch Break)
Duties include:
* Answering phones and directing calls
* Greeting visitors and handling general inquiries
* Organising and maintaining physical and digital files
* Drafting, editing, and formatting documents
* Handling mail and emails
* Ensuring office spaces are tidy and organised
* Data entry and maintaining databases
What you will need:
* Previous administration experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience/Knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Polite telephone manner
