About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team and support the Change Management Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with Vision RT's eQMS and MRP (Sage 200) systems, playing a key part in ensuring seamless change management processes within our organization.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Documentation: Creating new parts in MRP system.
2. Documentation: Creating new Bill of Materials in MRP System.
3. Documentation: Exporting design transfer documents from MRP System.
4. Documentation: Submitting design output documents into eQMS for approval.
5. Documentation: Submitting design transfer documents into eQMS for approval.
6. Documentation: Submitting production documentation (WIs and Forms) to Document Controller.
7. Support: Providing administrative support to the Change Management Coordinator upon request. This may include routing of Engineering Change Order in eQMS for approval.
8. Support: Contacting CRB members for review and approval requests.
9. Support: Generating the Device Master Record from MRP Systems and submitting for approval.
Essential Skills & Experience
1. Extensive experience in managing and administering ERP/MRP systems or similar platforms.
2. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
3. Strong attention to detail, focus on high quality.
4. Practical experience of documentation control/management using electronic systems.
