One of the UK's largest confectionary companies is looking for a Training Administrator to join their team in Reading PART TIME (15 HOURS PER WEEK TUE, WED, THUR 8AM-1AM) Position Description: We offer specialised consultancy, contract laboratory services and support training for the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for someone who would like to be part of a fantastic admin team delivering 200 courses per year. Customer focused Proactive Adaptable The Role Always provide a high-quality professional service by ensuring effective organisation of assigned workload. Take responsibility for course material coordination: Liaising with tutors on latest materials, updates, changes and requirements for all upcoming courses. Updating materials in line with tutor expectations across all platforms – in Adobe Connect, Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, MS Teams and our print provider Mimeo Create virtual classrooms and include all relevant course material Support in the hosting of company virtual courses Support in the hosting of company in-person courses Maintain and drive continuous improvement of the ‘customer experience’ through monitoring and controlling course material. Provide administrative support in the training inbox for queries related to course materials and any other adhoc requests. Have a good working knowledge of Accessplanit our training course platform to support admin and perform course material related tasks. Ideal candidate will have worked in an events or training environment or has good project management skills, but is not essential. Skills Required Eager to learn new skills/platforms Excellent demonstrable knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, MS Teams High attention to detail Multi-tasking and prioritisation of tasks and meeting deadlines Demonstrate stakeholder relationship management (for professional working relationships with external trainers and customers).
