Account Manager
A major supplier of multi-product apparels is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their business. They are a heavily design-led business with deep roots into accounts such as George ASDA, Tesco, Next, Sainsbury's, etc.
Account Manager: The Role:
* Working closely with buyers on all aspects of product development, costings, and negotiations.
* Always seeking business development opportunities and closing any sales opportunities.
* Developing products with the design team and presenting collections to buyers.
* Ensuring that production is in control and execution of orders is going smoothly.
* Working with design, technical, and sales functions.
* Managing customers' expectations and providing top-class customer service.
Account Manager: The Person:
* An experienced account manager/sales manager from the supplier side of fashion, ideally with kidswear experience.
* Experience in working with high street retailers.
* Strong communication skills and experience in working with factories in the Far East.
* Organised and able to take ownership of their account on a day-to-day basis.
* Strong connections with buyers on the high street.
* Highly organised.
* Effective communication skills.
