Proactively manage teams on site, recruit, induct, train and support colleagues to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Lexington Independents, customers and clients.
Responsibilities:
* Motivating and managing a team
* Managing a budget for financial growth
* Ensuring ongoing team communications, building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison for operational excellence and menu planning
* Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care
Requirements:
* Proven experience of successfully managing a team
* Genuine interest in customer service excellence
* Strong team player, highly confident and positive
* Self-motivated and innovative
* Previous experience within management, contract catering desirable
