What is it that draws you in about working for a big contractor?
Process? Systems? Support? Training & Development?
Truth is, there's a lot to like about working for one of the big-hitters in any arena.
I'm working with a drylining contractor at the moment who falls into that mould - and they're looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team.
Take 30 seconds to run through the main benefits of the role below, particularly if you fancy yourself a QS at a larger firm.
1. You're looked after with proper support from a Commercial Manager & Director who have worked in the industry long enough to be experts but not so long they've lost their edge.
2. You're rewarded with a salary up to £55k, plus a vehicle (or allowance), structured bonus, private healthcare, and death-in-service benefits.
3. You'll be afforded opportunities to progress, with stable growth plans in place; your way up isn't blocked but rather accommodated.
4. You do your job, and yours alone. No multiple hats, no having to give a hand on other projects. You do you.
Of course, without going to see the company I'm talking about you're not going to get a feel for just how much is on offer from them.
Think it over; if you feel it's worth a chat, then click apply and I'll be in touch within the next 2 working days. #J-18808-Ljbffr
