Salary - £32,000 DOE Role Overview: As a HGV Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop Key Responsibilities: Service Booking Management: Efficiently manage and optimise service bookings by accurately interpreting customer requirements and scheduling appointments. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with service schedules, MOTs, and O Licence requirements. Quality Assurance: Maintain high service standards by auditing job cards and associated documentation. Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and promote safe work practices. External Service Coordination: Manage sublet orders and coordinate specialist work as needed. Customer Service Excellence: Respond to inquiries promptly, greet customers warmly, and upsell additional services. Qualifications and Experience Needed: HGV Industry Experience: Proven experience within the HGV industry, either on or off the tools.
