Cleaner with External Responsibilities
Salary: £12.26 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 3pm - 7pm, Friday 2pm – 6pm
Contract: Term time plus 2 weeks a year, Permanent

Your main responsibilities within this role will be:
* To work as part of a team, in a busy environment, undertaking general cleaning duties.
* Duties will include vacuuming, washroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, wiping of furniture and occasional use of electrical machinery, i.e. buffing machine and scrubber dryer.
* Litter picking, emptying bins and sweeping of hard surfaces, school fields, entrances and pathways on a daily basis.
* Routine deep cleaning of hard areas, equipment and litter bins.
* Follow good housekeeping, ensuring all shared working and recreational spaces are kept clean and tidy at all times.
* All staff will ensure the safeguarding of young people by the implementation of Child Protection and other safeguarding policies.
* You will be required to work outside in all weather conditions for 3 hours per day. All equipment, all weather wear and uniform will be provided.
