Title: Business Administrator Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time (Monday Friday) Location: Inverness Salary: £25,500 - £26,500 Details: Our client is looking to appoint a Business Administratoron a full time, permanent basis to be based in Inverness. This role will suit a skilled administrator who is capable of managing a schedule of appointments, ensuring that customers receive the best service possible. Duties include: Act as the first point of contact for external contacts. Manage appointments. Ensure all paperwork including quotes, purchase orders and technical documents are processed and filed in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely manner. Maintain the computerised customer and prospect database. Ensure confidential information is handled and processed in accordance with GDPR. Deal with the routine enquiries from customers and staff. (i.e., by telephone, written correspondence, in person) and provide them with the relevant information or refer more complex, non-standard queries to the appropriate member of staff. Assist the internal & external sales teams within the department. Develop and maintain product knowledge. Adhere to all company policies and procedures including those relating to health and safety and environmental protection. Person Specification: Excellent numeracy and literacy skills. IT literacy and familiarity with computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledgeable in working with security software systems desirable but not essential. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Able to balance conflicting priorities within the given time. A drive to continually learn and develop.
