Working in a large international company at the HQ of one of their UK Group companies, you will be joining a small sales support team that has a mighty impact across the UK business.
They pride themselves on their responsive, personal service that truly delivers for the sales team.
Your role will be to be a confident point of contact for all UK customers - processing sales orders, preparing quotations and documents, instinctively knowing that your response helps the customer relationship grow and flourish.
Your Day to Day will be:
1. Respond to telephone enquiries and correspondence from customers
2. Responsible for the order processing of sales and the raising of purchase orders relating to projects
3. Raise discrepancy complaint forms when required
4. To be technically competent in all product and related equipment
5. Provide quotations and prices for projects
6. Ordering of non-stock items from Suppliers as required for Customers orders relating to projects
7. Assist with customer complaints
8. Liaise with Suppliers and Technical Support to ensure our offers meet Customer's requirements
9. Use computerized system to raise quotes, confirm purchase orders and to place orders
10. Deal with customer and discrepancy complaints
11. Working with and Supporting Key Account managers and Market Sector managers
12. Pro-active sales calls to enhance orders

4. Sales support experience of at least 3 years

1. 37.5 hours per week
