Salary: £12.82 or £14.72 dependent on payroll choice at interview

Simply Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants, qualified or unqualified, to join our outstanding SEND provisions across Cheshire. As a Teaching Assistant in one of our Special Needs schools, you’ll support students with both their academic and pastoral needs. Our students each have unique and individual needs, and we’re looking for compassionate individuals who possess the patience, understanding, and empathy to connect meaningfully with the students they support. Each of our settings support slightly different needs, some include Autism, ADHD, behavioural needs, mental health and PMLD. At interview we can discuss each of our settings and find the right fit school for you.
Key Responsibilities of the successful Teaching Assistant include:
Provide tailored academic and emotional support to students based on individual needs.
Assist in implementing play-based learning approaches and vocational study options to engage students in unique ways.
Collaborate with teachers to prepare resources and lesson materials each day.
Encourage student growth in resilience, motivation, and self-belief by fostering a supportive learning environment.
