We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a Professional Services business on an 6-month FTC. The successful candidate will focus on improving recruitment policies and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the recruitment team. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing initiatives and leading on talent projects.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment campaigns, including taking job descriptions from hiring managers, creating job specifications, advertising, sourcing potential candidates, managing CV response, screening candidates, participating in interviews and making offers of employment.
* Managing candidates from interview to onboarding stage to ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Ensuring hiring managers are fully compliant throughout the recruitment process.
* Prioritise immediate resource needs as well as pre-empt difficult to source skills, this includes building a talent pipeline through a multi-channel approach to reduce agency costs and only using 3rd party solutions when necessary.
* Advise on recruitment policies, processes and approaches.
* Supporting the business in making appropriate hiring decisions.
* Coaching, guiding and challenging stakeholders and hiring managers on interviewing and recruiting methods by taking a consultative approach and understanding their hiring needs.
Skills & Experience
* Previous recruitment experience both inhouse and agency desirable.
* Ability to build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders.
* A strong work ethic and an ability to improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
