Our Community Service Centre based in Sleaford is currently looking for a new Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly team. NRS Healthcare is the UK’s leading provider of Community Equipment Services, we deliver complete end-to-end services through all stages of equipment provision and recycling, within the healthcare sector. This role is wide and varied, supporting our specialist Wheelchair services from Sleaford, with support given to our Lincolnshire contract.
Our Customer Service team are integral to what we do. In this role, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience related to the Wheelchair services. This will involve processing orders, adding to our SAP ERP system, ensuring the correct codes are inputted, whilst liaising with customers to arrange deliveries.
This role requires strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service administration roles with a keen eye for detail.
Most importantly, you'll have the necessary care and compassion required to ensure our Service runs smoothly, so our Service users receive the best possible customer service.
