Main Purpose:
* To provide support for the Regional Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing office administration and telephone services.
* Production of Company documentation.
* Working on the Field Service Management System.
* Assist the Regional Area in promoting exceptional service and gaining additional business
Main Tasks:
* Working on the Field Service Management System creating jobs for the Service Engineers.
* Liaise with Regional Service Manager on the approval of Job Sheets ready for invoicing
* Updating of Service Contract Register following service visits by engineers.
* Receive and forward telephone calls including message taking.
* Produce monthly reports and take the minutes of Regional meetings.
* Assist the Regional Service Manager in providing quotations to customers and make follow up calls.
* Research prospective customers and set appointments as required.
* Liaising with Service Engineers on additional work requests from customers and ensure customer order cover/variations are obtained.
* Liaising with Head Office and other Service areas to cover customer requirements/attendance.
* Maintaining a professional and business-like manner when dealing with customers.
* Assist where required in producing literature relevant to the service operation, with targeted mailshots and follow up
* Ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with Company Rules & Instructions, Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental policies, COSHH instructions, relevant statutory regulations and to report all matters of concern.
* Ensure that during working time all resources are usefully and wholly employed on Company business, and that all absence data is reliably presented for Company records.
* Any other duty or responsibility as may be defined and agreed with the Regional Service Manager
