This incredible opportunity will see you lead trade marketing initiatives across key hospitality channels, including hotels, airlines, cruise lines, spas, cafés and so much more! This role involves working closely with marketing, sales, and brand teams to create compelling trade programs that enhance customer experiences and drive growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and refine trade sell-in decks to support sales and marketing strategies.\nPlan and execute trade marketing programs for priority accounts, including seasonal activations (Christmas, CNY, Ramadan).\nCreate and manage trade POS materials (permanent and temporary) that are impactful and brand aligned.\nStay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.\nAnalyze category trends and successful premium F&B activations to identify new opportunities.\nMonitor trade marketing execution in key accounts and share learnings across the sales team.\nLead the planning and execution of trade shows and events, ensuring all materials reflect the brand.\nSupport product innovation rollouts with trade marketing materials, sell-in decks, and POS.\nCollaborate with trade PR to develop brand partnership stories that increase awareness.\nWork with brand ambassadors to optimize signature serve programs in trade accounts.\nLead monthly sales and marketing meetings, managing content and follow-ups.\nMaintain and update the trade content library, ensuring easy access for internal teams.\nManage trade assets, marketing messaging, and content within Canva.\nOwn and update the Trade Catalogue, ensuring accuracy for all product SKUs.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nExperience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or category management, ideally in premium food, beverage, or hospitality.\nPassion for high-quality, sustainable F&B products, with knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing.\nStrong creative and strategic thinking skills with a results-driven mindset.\nProficiency in Canva and experience creating compelling sales and marketing materials.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.\nA proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.\n\nThis is a crucial role within a dynamic and growing company, offering the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the company’s continued success.\n\nIf you're interested in this position, please get in touch with Victoria at The Advocate Group or APPLY NOW to be considered for this exciting opportunity.\n\n☎ Phone: (phone number removed)\n\n Email: (url removed)\n\nThe Advocate Group is a leading recruitment partner to the FMCG and consumer product sectors.
