EF on the Isle of Wight is searching for a Student Services Coordinator for the upcoming summer. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining experience while working in an international, fast-paced environment!
What will you be doing?
* As the Student Services Coordinator, you are the face of EF and the member of staff all students and staff will get to know best.
* Working with the summer management team, you will deliver an exceptional experience to all students.
* No day will be the same; there will be high-energy times welcoming students or assisting staff during breaks, focusing on administration and organisation in quiet times.
* You will interact with staff and students from across the world daily, ensuring the highest customer service.
* Every day is different, from following up on attendance to running themed breaks and joining the activities team in running epic themed events.

* After a summer of working as a Student Services Coordinator, you will leave having created truly amazing memories for your students and the staff.
* You will expand your creative skills by creating themed events and a great atmosphere, look, and feel in the school.
* Working with staff from around the world, your communication skills will be maximised to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
* Managing registers and attendance sheets, you will also build on your organisational skills, ensuring all students are accounted for.
Who will you be working with?
On the Island, we deliver both activities and academics to our young travellers. Our team consists of Activity Leaders, Language Teachers, and the Summer Management Team that are supported by an experienced senior management team. We are a mix of both local and international staff with a lot of experience between us.
What is required?
* To be successful in this role, you must be the person people want to speak to!
* You will create the atmosphere, the look, and the feel of the biggest language school on the island!
* You must be a team player that is comfortable playing a part in a team or working independently when needed!
Full training will be given prior to contract start date.
