My client is looking for a principal consultant to Director level candidate for their Dubai office.
£40k - £60k basic annum + OTE- Will need to relocate to Dubai within 6-9 months

A leading UK specialist recruitment agency have opened up international markets a couple of years ago and now have ambitious plans to become a top recruitment agency for their markets in Dubai for UK professionals.
The role
* 360 role to build a desk acquiring new clients to add to their existing portfolio
* Helping to grow our network of suitable candidates.
* Manage one junior recruiter as a direct line and more as the role grows (set and develop KPI's and revenue targets). You will be part of the hiring process for new team members joining your team.
* During your first few months, you will work closely with the senior team based in Kent to ensure you have time to understand their clients and the industry.
* You will be working in Dubai and the rest of the team in the UK, they are well established as a hybrid company with the UK team working 2 days a week in the office, so they are used to working closely as a team whilst remote and you will have very regular contact and be a fully integrated part of the team
* Part of senior leadership team in the business and oversee and lead team meeting for the Dubai business.
* Support from back office and marketing team
Ideal candidate
* Looking for someone who is ambitious and client-focussed wanting to build something very successful for the long term.

* 4+ years of recruitment experience in a highly technical industry such as finance, tech, property, housebuilding etc
* Has worked in a 360 role on an international desk before for a min of 2 years
* Ideally you will have at least 1 years direct line management experience ideal including setting and managing targets and day to day expectations
* Experience managing and reviewing data and delivering reports
* Previous billings success and hitting targets
Please note you will need to have worked in the UK market and be based in the UK initially in order to be relocated to Dubai. Please only apply if you are located in the UK and can get to south Kent when needed before relocation for training or meetings as required.
