Job Title: Service Support Engineer
Location: Heathrow, GB
Duration: 12 months (possible extension)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Rate: £41.28 per hour
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Role Overview:
ARM are seeking an experienced Service Support Engineer to join a Service Delivery Support team working at Heathrow Airport. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting systems including CCTV, ANPR, Radar, and Bodyworn Cameras, ensuring both hardware and software are operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support edge devices (e.g., cameras, sensors) and back-end applications (e.g., Genetec, CitySync) on-site and remotely.
* Perform planned and corrective maintenance, ensuring service level agreements are met.
* Provide 24/7 on-call support.
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders for seamless delivery and coordination.
* Produce reports and maintain project documentation.
* Represent IT interests in project meetings.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience with CCTV VMS systems (Genetec preferred).
* Knowledge of CCTV, ANPR, Radar, and IT Security or Networking.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Minimum 2 years’ operational experience in IT/Network/Engineering.
* Experience with LAN, wireless technologies, and enterprise telecoms preferred.
* Formal education to C&G, HNC, or A-level standard.
* Proficient in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
