Job title: Administrator Location: Dalry-Onsite Job type: Contract 9 months - Fixed term contract Our Client a Global Engineering company are seeking Administrator for a contract position of 9 months in Dalry, Scotland. Our client is a world leader within many industries and this role is placed within pharmaceuticals, biopharma and food industries. Role The role involves a variety of administrative and technical tasks to support departmental management. Key areas of responsibility As an Administrator you will be involved in the professional production of reports and presentations, checking invoices and timesheets for approval, and tracking departmental ordering and spending using SAP. The role also requires you to maintain an appropriate filing system for departmental data, recommending improvements and efficiencies to systems, and creating and maintaining databases as needed. Additional duties include inputting data into SAP and other systems, maintaining technical databases, updating budget spreadsheets. The successful candidate will support departmental management at meetings, participate in PDR with the team. Experience Administrator will have experience in managing financial activities, including budgeting, cost calculations, estimations and facilitate Performance Development Review (PDR) meetings. Possess strong people management skills with well-developed soft skills. Proficient in using various software applications, such as SAP and Microsoft 365 apps. What’s next?
