Salary: From £24,500 per year depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm)

Let's Talk about the Role
The role of a Credit Controller involves communicating with our customers and helping them manage their business accounts, payments, and orders for VF brand's products.
How You Will Make a Difference
Using your French and English communication skills, you will build great relationships with other businesses, colleagues, and customers.
1. Communicating with customers over the phone, Zoom/Teams, and by email to discuss payments, credit terms, and resolve any queries, utilizing your French communication skills.
2. Helping customers make the right payments at the right time so that their account with VF stays up to date.
3. Solving queries and problems for the customer to ensure they are happy to make more orders and buy more of our products.
4. Building relationships internally with all other teams across VF Corporation including Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
5. Maintaining accurate records using our IT systems and databases effectively.
Skills for Success
1. Fluent in French and English, able to communicate by speaking and writing in both languages.
2. A problem solver who loves to investigate matters and find solutions.
3. Ability to work with numbers, facts, and figures with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Basic knowledge of Excel is beneficial, but we can teach and develop these skills further.
