Pertemps Swindon are Currently recruiting for an Administrator in the SN4 area. Join a family-run automotive business in a varied, new fast-paced role. You’ll manage warranty admin, assist the Managing Directors, and work closely with subcontractors. No two days are the same.
* £29000
* Permanent full time
* Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 (additional hours may be required)
Key responsibilities:
* Travel to depots weekly- TW5 (company car or milage paid)
* Support day-to-day operations and subcontractor coordination (invoices/letter of employment)
* Use Excel for reporting and data management
* Assisting managing directors with general admin tasks
* Manage warranty administration
About the right candidate:
* 3+Years Experience within the Automotive industry
* Must have a strong understanding of Excel
* Ability to do Pivot tables
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Self- motivated with the ability to manage own workload
