We have an amazing opportunity within our Marketing Department for a Head of Performance Marketing. This role is essential to our growth marketing strategy. This is a full time role, working hybrid with minimum of 3 days working at our Howden site. You will be responsible for: Strategy; own our strategy for all media: paid search, paid social and organic campaigns (Google, META, Affiliate Networks, TikTok, LinkedIn) from conception to execution. Turn data insights into actionable strategies, enhancing digital performance. · Leadership; having the expertise and skills to identify opportunities and challenges. Making recommendations and changes to strategy and tactics to pivot business and performance marketing. · Customer; lead our customer acquisition and retention, using our channel mix to maximise engagement, retention and growth. · Management; lead, motivate and grow the existing team. · Agency Management; lead and manage our digital media agency. · Reporting; be responsible for creating reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimise all campaigns. · Performance Analysis; analyse, own and lead performance; understanding the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities. · Data Analysis; optimisation plans through analysis of large data sets – with support from our agency and BI teams. · Budget Management; advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analysing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimisation, KPI performance and revenue targets. · Team working; collaborating with wider cross-functional colleagues and teams to deliver the overall ecommerce and marketing performance. · Maintain high standards, ensuring compliance with GDPR and accessibility requirements. You will have: · Successful track record in a performance marketing or digital marketing role. · Track record of paid spend optimisation across different categories and channels with budgets in excess of £5m. · Experience with building a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation. · You have managed team members in the past and are excited about growing a team. · Experience in the DTC, e-tail, retail, is essential. · Experience in a high growth / entrepreneurial, start-up company is preferred. · Strong knowledge and demonstrable hands-on experience with the following: Google Package, META, Affiliate Networks, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and VOD · Confident with presenting and working cross-functionally and at board level with various stakeholders. · Knowledge and experience of working within a trading / commercial environment; including supplier and third-party activities · 5 years within a senior performance marketing/trading role You will be: · Self-motivated, driven and entrepreneurial · Confident working in challenging and demanding environments · Flexible and adaptable approach · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Detail oriented and highly organised · Project management skills · Exceptional time management · Digitally inquisitive, keen to experiment and learn · Highly proficient in Google and Microsoft packages and be passionate, proactive and positive about working at Ebuyer.
