Daniel Owen are proud to be representing one of the largest housing contractors in the South West London who are looking for a brand new supervisor to join their team.
They are looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to manage a large team of operatives covering all repairs and void maintenance works.
Duties:
1. Supervision of the contract ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and
productively
2. Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work
sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets
3. Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise
4. Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high quality standard
5. Ensure all client's expectations are achieved
6. Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company
procedure
7. Driving from site to site as part of the daily duties
8. Be jointly responsible for ensuring the work place is tidy and safe
9. To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required
10. Attend inspections where necessary
Key Knowledge:
11. Maintenance / construction industry knowledge
12. Using SOR codes
13. IT Literate
