The Role: The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering tailored learning experiences to students with a range of additional needs. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of SEN students. Develop and implement EHCPs (Education, Health & Care Plans) to support student progress. Use a variety of teaching methods to engage learners and encourage independence. Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to provide a holistic approach to education. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and relevant professionals. Create a positive and nurturing learning environment that promotes confidence and well-being. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, or complex learning needs. A strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies and behavioural management techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
