Job summary A great opportunity has arisen to join the community rehabilitation team. The team is based out of Bridgwater Hospital and works in the Bridgwater area. Do you enjoy delivering personalised rehabilitation programmes, prescribed from both Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to see patients with varied and complex physical needs? Come and join our friendly therapy team which consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Pharmacy Technicians and Senior Rehabilitation Assistants. Main duties of the job To work as an integral member of the Community Rehabilitation Service providing effective support to Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and any other team members To work with patients undertaking therapy/rehabilitation programmes to support and encourage them to achieve their optimum level of independence and quality of life, as directed by team therapists To work with patients in a range of community locations, including in their own homes, community hospitals and care homes, with overall supervision from rehabilitation professionals.
