Bedford Court is a high-quality registered care home that offers older people a relaxed, safe, and welcoming place to live. The role of Care Team Senior is to provide relationship-centred leadership and direction to the care and ancillary team as a shift leader. You’ll also ensure a safe, effective, caring, and well-led service to our residents and their families.
About you
Here are some of the qualities that we look for:
1. Experience in the delivery of care, especially with older people.
2. Good working knowledge of compliance within a care setting, including safeguarding, incident reporting, medications management, and health and safety.
3. Ability to effectively use IT, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
4. QCF/NVQ Level 2 (and be willing to work towards Level 3).
5. A great listener with excellent communication skills.
6. The ability to be decisive and remain calm under pressure.
