Role - In-house Commercial Property Solicitor:
As In-house Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have responsibility for drafting, negotiating and completing a high volume of, often complex, leasehold property transactions on behalf of new and existing customers. These will include all aspects of landlord and tenant work, which will form the majority of your work, as well as some involvement in wider real estate matters and some ancillary commercial matters.
This In-house Commercial Property Solicitor role offers a decent level of autonomy, affording you the opportunity and scope to run your own caseload, to drive transactions, and to provide a high level of commercially-minded legal advice to the wider business.
About you:
Applications are encouraged from qualified commercial property solicitors with at least 2 years experience in Commercial Real Estate, including landlord and tenant work.
