Salary: Up to £27,500 per annum + Bonus

As a Branch Supervisor based in Gainsborough you’ll be responsible for:
1. Assisting the Branch Manager with the daily operations and management of this small branch.
2. Office duties including reporting, general admin and branch maintenance.
3. Serving customers at the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
4. Completing general warehouse duties including goods in & out and picking and packing customer orders.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon paid at overtime. (At times additional flexibility may also be required)
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
1. Prior experience in Plumbing & Heating or a merchant environment is ideal but not essential as training will be provided.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Computer literate with confidence completing general admin duties.
4. Proactive approach with the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a wider team.
