Our fantastic property industry client is looking for an efficient Coordinator to join the team and become an essential lynchpin.
The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation skills and be a confident communicator.
This candidate must be an effective multitasker and able to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. This Coordinator should have experience of dealing with sensitive data and delivering excellent customer service. They will be responsible for ensuring all rentals administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
Property related or administration experience would be beneficial, and competency in Microsoft skills - Outlook, Word & Excel is essential.
Hours: Full time
Salary: Up to £28k
Based: West End
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Ensure smooth coordination between tenants and inventory clerks
* Assist with new lettings and renewal paperwork
* Liaising with tenants and service desk regarding repairs / maintenance
* Coordinate lettings management functions i.e. inspections, tenant admin, EPC etc.
* Preparation of general correspondence, template documents and letters.
* Maintain detailed records of checkouts, inspections and deposits
* Handle disputes regarding deposit returns & resolutions
* Preparation of new tenancy agreements
* Tenant referencing
* Arranging property keys for relevant parties
* Assisting in setting up meeting rooms
* Assisting with cover for reception, the Office Manager and PA's during holidays or busy periods
