Benefits
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 starting base salary
Bonus: Up to 15% discretionary team bonus.
Pension: 6% employer contribution (minimum 3% employee contribution after three months).

Role Overview
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology. You'll lead the design and implementation of solutions that drive operational efficiency, enhance performance, and align with our client's values. This role combines technical leadership, team management, and strategic collaboration to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership: Architect secure, cost-effective solutions; lead workshops and technical reviews.
2. Team Collaboration: Foster an inclusive environment, champion continuous improvement, and mentor team members.
3. Strategic Alignment: Engage stakeholders, contribute to IT strategy, and ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proficiency in cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP), solution design, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.
Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and security management.
Proven track record of delivering complex solutions in dynamic environments.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Demonstrated leadership in technical and transformational activities.
