Base pay range
Head of Engineering
Compensation: £130k + Equity + Excellent Benefits

Role
An engineering leadership role (25 people) focussed on product-led growth initiatives.
Team
Highly motivated team of healthcare and tech professionals with an excellent track record for innovating at scale and delivering some of the most popular and commercially successful consumer tech platforms in the last 5-10 years. Serial winners with multiple successful exits.
You
* Eng leadership experience in start-up / scale-up environments.
* Highly motivated leader seeking career defining role with strong exit opportunity.
* Comfortable working in new and complex environments with a broad variety of stakeholders.
* Track record of delivering consumer facing web and/or mobile apps at scale.
* Prior healthcare experience is not required but it's likely you’re applying for this role because you are excited about the prospect of solving problems in this area.
Requirements
* We estimate 7+ years of experience although this is not a hard requirement. If you're ready for the step-up and don't meet this we'll still consider your application on its merit.
* Led teams of 10+ engineers working on growth focussed commercial objectives. You'll lead a team of 25 in this role.
* Technical background in web and/or mobile based apps (Node, React, TypeScript, AWS, React Native).
