MATH TEACHER Alternative Provision

Salary: up to £38,809 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
We are seeking a dedicated Math Teacher to work with students aged 5-18 years old who require alternative educational provision due to autism spectrum disorder, social and emotional needs, or mental health challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching mathematics and be able to adapt their teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Main Responsibilities:
* To plan, deliver, and assess math lessons to students aged 5-18 years old.
* To develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
* To maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
* To contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and policies.
Requirements:
* QTS (or equivalent) with a specialization in Mathematics.
* Experience working with students with special educational needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
