Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust for an eRostering Team Leader. The eRostering Team Leader, will act as the Trust's specialist lead advisor in all aspects of Electronic Rostering (eRostering), and will support the implementation and ongoing management of the Trusts' eRostering system. The role holder will make a huge impact to improve workforce productivity by embedding best rostering practices throughout the organisation. Main duties of the job The role will be responsible for managing the eRostering workforce team, ensuring overall system accuracy and maintenance amongst the eRostering Service. The role will work in partnership with other teams in the Directorate, key stakeholders and service users to ensure that a high-quality service is provided by the eRostering team which supports the achievement of both national and local key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective and efficient rostering. The post holder will provide expert advice, training and support to eRostering users within the People and Culture Directorate, and across the whole Trust. The post holder will apply specialist report writing and analytical knowledge and skills to support the extraction of data from the Trusts eRostering system. The eRostering Manager will work with other managers within the People and Culture Directorate to ensure that eRostering is used in an efficient and effective manner, to best fit the business needs of the Trust.
