Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for your next role? We have a fantastic opportunity for a talent individual to join our team in Penn on a full-time, permanent contract. As a Paraplanner, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining internal relationships, managing all client documentation, and producing quality financial planning reports. What you’ll do as a Paraplanner: Produce financial planning reports for consideration and signoff by advisers considering standards for suitability and quality. Analyse client portfolios/products and other relevant information to prepare the above Obtain illustrations and supporting documents as required to complete the advice file for presentation to the client. Prepare cash flow analysis as required. Provide accurate, technical research to ensure that the client file carries all required information to support the recommendations. Liaise with the Compliance department as necessary throughout the advice process. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensure all client documentation is saved accordingly to the correct files. Refer all client complaints and concerns promptly to your Manager, the Adviser and the Compliance Officer Communicate with colleagues and product providers as needed. Attend regular Paraplanning meetings to discuss ongoing work and ensure advice approach across the team is similar. Maintain the workflow log including the addition of new work requests and updating of completed work. What we’re looking for: A qualified Paraplanner (level 4 diploma) or working towards a level 4 would be considered. Experience working within Wealth and Investment management would be desirable but not essential. Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft office.
