Job summary This role will see the successful candidate working as an Occupational Therapist within the inpatient therapy team based at West Berkshire general Inpatient wards. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The normal working pattern is 08:30 -16:30. The post holder will be expected to be a car driver and use their car for off-site visits and small equipment deliveries. The therapy teams work closely to manage the inpatient beds and are a friendly approachable team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience of all aspects of Inpatient Therapy and develop transferable skills. Main duties of the job Full time role working across inpatient therapies Working with patient's on Donnington and Highclere wards at WBCH Completing activities which are goal focussed and aimed at promoting independence with everyday activities. Liaising with patients' and their relatives to achieve the best outcomes in hospital and for discharge.
