Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 2QF Salary: Competitive Job Type: Permanent, Full Time We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager for a position that is based in Addlestone Surrey. We are a well-established facilities company in the TV, Film & Music industry who are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to assist us with our continuous year on year growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization as well as heading up the day-to-day accounting functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Preparing monthly management accounts. Monitoring cashflow, credit control and client limits. Managing the day-to-day relationship with suppliers and customers. Monitoring HMRC returns and ensuring that returns and payments are timely. Arranging and overseeing any hire purchase or leasing agreements. Supervising accounts staff and discussing individual performance and training requirements. Responsible for cash management ,bank reconciliations payable activity and all other day to day finance tasks Liaising with company accountants and auditors. Monitoring prices and costs whilst looking for cost reduction opportunities, working with Senior Managers and others as appropriate. Monitoring company performance against budget and any targets agreed by the Directors including liaising with other staff on budget matters, including providing support and training where appropriate or required. Performing other duties as assigned. Skills and requirements: An appropriate accounts qualification (e. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and demonstrable knowledge of mathematics and accountancy. Proficient in Sage 50 accounts Experience in a similar role, with experience of leading other people. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work as a member of a leadership team. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, with strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
