Electrical & Fire Minor Projects Coordinator, Leeds

We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical & Fire Minor Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service, as well as a basic understanding of the electrical and fire industry.
The position:
* Full-time, 40 hours per week

* To assist in the day to day running of the Electrical/Fire department
* Communicating with the client to discuss their requirements
* Arranging engineers to attend jobs
* Arranging materials for engineers that includes discussions with suppliers
* To assist with the quotation of projects
* To source and order materials and manage stock control
* The completion of test sheets and other paperwork
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration and customer service is preferable
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of CASH software preferable, but not essential
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of integrity and professionalism
