The Role :
As the Account Executive you will lead the new business function of this employee experience HRTech scale-up as it continuous to grow and capture the market. You will drive the sales process, from start to finish, managing stakeholders and leading demonstrations for this market-leading solution. Work with HR and finance leaders, at companies on multi-year contracts, in an energetic and driven office environment. You will have access to a range of sales tools to help you achieve your goals; Lusha; Hubspot; UberFox etc. 40k average deal size, 3 month average sales process.
Requirements to be considered for the Account Executive role:
* New business focused.
* Experience working on deals worth 10's thousands.
* Used to managing a buying process over a number of months.
* A proven track record of success.
* Experience selling some sort of software to HR.
* Happy to work in a scale-up where everything you do matters to the future of the company.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.

The Package for Regional Account Manager
* £60-70k DOE
