Position: Learning & Development: Practice Development Partner Salary: £30,000 per annum Location: Hybrid Working (Various locations with expectations of travel). Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week to be worked to meet the needs of the business/flexible hours are available. There is also a car allowance for this role and it is £3000 per year. As part of a national Learning and Development team and a regional support function you will be required to work alongside Swanton Service Managers across a geographical area (region) and their wider teams, to drive quality improvement ensuring that identified actions are implemented in a timely fashion. This will be achieved through a variety of approaches including but not limited to – workplace-based learning, observed practice sessions, manager peer support and progress checking. To design, deliver and assess dynamic training sessions/content as required by regulatory bodies and awarding bodies – this will include the face-to-face elements of ‘Welcome to Swanton’ (induction), regulated training not covered through online learning, physical intervention training, observation and assessment of competencies as required and, identified bespoke sessions required by individual services (for example around the specific needs of individuals supported by the service). About you: This is an opportunity for a pro-active Practice Development Partner to join an evolving care company and to be part of the Learning and Development team in East Anglia. You will need: To ensure that all regulated and required training is identified and delivered in a timely manner, ensuring compliance is reached, at the national benchmark 95%. To produce an accurate monthly report outlining; regional compliance, key actions/communications, contributing factors to compliance, good news, added value and role/regional specific priorities. Hold a Level 3 qualification in Learning & Development, as well as have 3 years experience within Health & Social Care Settings.
