We are looking for experienced administrators to join our professional team of bank administrators who work within both clinical and corporate functions supporting our permanent administrators in the delivery of healthcare services. Devon Partnership NHS Trust employs Administration Bank staff at various bandings, while this advertisement is aimed at generic Bank Administrators at band 3 we are recruiting bank staff who will be paid for work undertaken at bands 3,4,5,6,7,8. We have a wide range of Bank staff covering a variety of roles, all over Devon. Please note that if successful in your application you will be expected to have the ability to attend and work from the Devon work base for any bank assignments assigned to you. The length of assignments will vary depending on the requirements of the needs of the particular Service. Main duties of the job Because of the nature of bank assignments there is an expectation that Bank Administrators have an ability to rapidly learn office procedures required to undertake each assignment. There is a need for bank administrators to be flexible and have the skills to prioritise multiple administrative processes as each assignment will be varied.
