As a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you'll support the delivery of quality care, working closely with the General Manager and taking leadership duties in their absence. You'll inspire a multidisciplinary team to help residents enjoy the best possible quality of life, setting high standards and developing strategies to achieve goals. Key responsibilities include monitoring standards, leading by example, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
To join us, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration, a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification, and experience in helping residents with different health needs. A successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments is also essential.
