You’ll work with a top-tier construction team known for advising high-value clients across sectors like healthcare, education, manufacturing, and residential property. As a trusted legal advisor, you’ll engage in high-stakes litigation, lead negotiations on bespoke contracts, and contribute to strategic procurement decisions.
In this role, you’ll:
* Handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters across JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts
* Represent clients in adjudications, arbitrations, mediations, and TCC proceedings
* Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and collateral documents
* Advise developers, contractors, and funders on risk management and regulatory compliance
* Collaborate with colleagues across banking, corporate, and real estate on cross-practice matters
What we’re looking for:
* 4+ years’ PQE in construction law from a respected UK firm
* Solid experience with both disputes and front-end contract work
* Commercially minded, confident in advising major stakeholders
* Proactive, team-oriented, and committed to professional development
