The Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic PhorestPay Account Manager to drive adoption and success of Phorest Pay terminals and features across UKI client base. This role is focused on helping salons to get the most from our payments offering—including online booking payments, card terminals, PhorestTips, Online Gift Vouchers, and the Online Store. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients are supported, engaged, and set up for success.
What You'll Do
* Retention & Growth: Spot opportunities for feature expansion, upsell, and improved client satisfaction.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and managers, offering expert guidance and ongoing support.
* Feature Activation & Adoption: Encourage and support the use of Phorest Pay features including:
o Online booking payments
o In-salon card terminals
o PhorestTips
o Online gift vouchers
o Online store functionality
* Onboarding & Education: Deliver clear, confident onboarding sessions and training to help clients feel empowered using payment tools.
* Insight Sharing: Gather feedback and usage insights to help improve the product experience across the team.
* Performance Monitoring: Track client activity and success metrics to ensure they’re gaining maximum value from Phorest Pay.
Who You Are
* 2–4 years in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or a client-facing role in SaaS or tech.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confident in leading conversations, providing training, and solving problems.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple accounts.
* Experience working with CRM systems to manage accounts and track client activity.
* Experience working in the salon industry is a plus.
