Liftec Express is growing, and we are recruiting a Key Account Manager.
The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through creating and managing customer relationships, situational problem solving, and comprehensive account management.
The role will involve hybrid working, with time split between in-person customer site meetings and travel within our local branch network. The ideal candidate would be based within easy access of our Dartford office and will report to the National Service Sales Manager.
On a typical day you will:
* Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining good working relationships with existing national Key Account customers.
* Serve as the primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries.
* Develop repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders.
* Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability.
* Use sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
* Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring timely payment.
* Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
What you will need to be successful:
* You have a business or technical degree or demonstrable Key Account/Service Delivery experience, ideally in the lift industry, with a minimum of 5 years' work experience.
* You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* You have strong commercial contract experience.
* You have strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
* You are target-focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex corporate organization.
