The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the business in achieving market-leading retention rates and should be confident in building rapport.
The salary is £26,117 per annum.

Contacting customers who are in the process of cancelling their cover and where applicable discuss their cancellation and potentially re-instate cover
Helping customers discuss their renewal options, including amending their products
Reviewing and contacting direct customers prior to their renewal to offer support
Establishing relationships with intermediaries to support them with their renewal/retention-based queriesKey Skills and Experience of a Retention Consultant:
You should be passionate about helping other and wanting to find a resolution
Being confident in building rapport over the telephone and via email is required
Ideally you will be interested in entering a career in Business Development
You must be able to establish and maintain relationships and enjoy working in a team environment
