Key Responsibilities:
* Control and management of documentation issued by Contractors and Suppliers
* Preparation of transmittals for document exchange with 3rd parties
* Training Contractors and Suppliers on Document Management Systems and processes
* Preparation of progress reports including metrics such as documents issued vs planned, and forecast of deliverables to be issued
* Collaboration with other project functions to prepare and update documentation, such as Management Procedures
* Management of information exchanged with 3rd parties, including Government entities and project partners
* Attending meetings and workshops as required
* Archiving all correspondence and administrative documentation
Job Requirements:
* Experience in document control within the Oil & Gas sector
* Proficiency in using Document Management Systems and Sharepoint
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to prepare detailed progress reports
* Capacity to provide training and guidance to contractors and suppliers
* Flexibility to attend meetings and workshops as required
* Attention to detail and precision in managing and archiving documents
