UK & Ireland Sales Manager

Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to contribute to the company's expansion. As UK & Ireland Sales Manager, your role will primarily focus on generating new business across key sectors such as Agriculture & Equestrian, Building & Construction, Landscaping, and Fabrication & Packaging. You will also manage and develop existing customer accounts to ensure long-term relationships and maximise revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business opportunities across key sectors (70% of time).
2. Manage and grow existing customer accounts (30% of time).
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive profitable business growth.
4. Identify new applications and market opportunities for existing products.
5. Upsell and cross-sell the full product range to new and existing customers.
6. Work closely with the Head of Sales and internal teams to ensure alignment with pricing and company policies.
7. Submit accurate monthly sales reports, forecasts, and visit documentation.
8. Participate in meetings, attend exhibitions, and continuously develop your skills.
Essential Requirements:
1. Significant experience in a similar role within sectors such as agriculture, equestrian, building, construction, or ground protection.
2. Background in plastics or manufacturing would be an advantage.
3. Proven business development and key account management experience.
4. Demonstrated ability to build and manage distributor networks.
5. A strong drive, determination, and ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
