HAIL Partners is working with a leading Private Equity firm looking for an Executive Assistant to join the London head office. The successful candidate will support in a 1-3 capacity in the People team. This role will encompass typical EA duties, as well as ad-hoc HR projects & events.
The Job:
* Proactive diary management for the Executives. Be aware of individual and team priorities and manage the diaries appropriately.
* Seamless organisation of travel as and when required; willingness to make recommendations of changes to itineraries to ensure more efficient travel.
* Timely and accurate processing of all People team invoices & Executives expenses using Concur.
* Support with interview scheduling, logistics and admin for senior external searches.
* Smooth and efficient organisation of team related activities and events.
Experience required:
* 2-3 years of work experience in a support role, some of which has been gained within Private Equity, Management Consultancy, or the Financial Services industry.
* Previous exposure to HR/People function desirable.
* A passion to work in Private Equity
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent work ethic – willingness to go above and beyond.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
This role is paying up to £45k plus competitive bonus & benefits as well as hybrid working.
